I am a lover of nature, plants/herbs, culinary delights, travel, adventures, interesting souls, and all things metaphysical. For the last 30 years, I am a holistic health practitioner, yoga/meditation teacher, gardener, and entrepreneur. My daughter is grown and lives up the road from me with her husband and I have a large extended family that is a big part of my everyday life. I find great pleasure in exploring new ideas and discovering new aspects about myself and the world and beings around me. Can't wait to learn about Forest Shamanism!
