The Garden at Dogwood Forest
The Garden at Dogwood Forest is an orchard specializing in blueberries, elderberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, pears, peaches cherries, figs a few other fruits, herbs, and indigenous plants. We grow organically and use regenerative farming practices. This year we'll be inviting people to our you pick and our Blueberry Pickers Group. To keep informed join our Dogwood Garden Club Facebook group. Because our blueberry picking area is only a half acre and we want to make sure everyone can eat and pick enough, we take reservations on a first come first served basis.
Volunteer, Work and Learn:
We're always looking for gardening and help maintaining the forest and native prairie gardens!
Take Your Time
We have more than blueberries. You can also pick elderberries when they're in season. There is 35 acres of forest, a medicine garden, a sculpture garden (For the Forest), a restored prairie and you can always pick up some of Regina's amazing salves, low sugar content jellies, vinegars, soaps and tea blends.
