Reclaiming Power Through Myth, Art, and Astrology

Taught by Regina Compernolle and Liz Strother


Join us for a transformative 4-week journey into the myth of Sedna, the Inuit goddess of the deep ocean. Sedna’s story speaks to the betrayal, abandonment, and suffering of the feminine—yet from her trials, she births a sea of gifts from the depths of the unconscious.

In this class, we will explore the betrayals in our own lives and how they have shaped us. Through storytelling, personal reflection, and hands-on ceramic work, we will create a symbolic belt of black, red, and white beads—each one representing the wisdom gained through pain, rage, and healing. This sacred object becomes a talisman of power reclaimed and truths embraced.
