Intern
Heather Foster
Heather Foster is an herbalist, shamanic practitioner, Reiki Master, sound healer, and registered nurse who brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to her work. Within Sacred Earth Arts, she supports hands-on learning experiences, helps guide the making of herbal preparations, teaches Reiki classes, and leads exploration of sound as a pathway to connection and healing. Heather enjoys discovering and recognizing the plants growing around us and likes supporting others as they build confidence in working with herbs in a practical, approachable way.
Heather feels especially at home within the shamanic path, holding space in a way that encourages curiosity, trust, and authentic expression. Her approach blends intuitive guidance with real-world experience, creating a supportive environment where students can deepen their relationship with plants, spirit, and their own inner knowing. She believes healing happens through connection — to nature, to sound, and to the rhythms that live within each of us.
